See How I Run

Did I ever explain that the title of this here blog, "See How I Run", comes from one of my favorite Jessie Baylin songs?  Take a listen and check out those lyrics.  Jackie invited Jessie to come play at one of the first Pepperdine Coffeehouses and I had the chance to hang with her before the show.  She was so sweet and while she was definitely way cooler than any of us, she wasn't too cool to chat with a couple college kids.  She has impeccable style and confidence in everything she does and she just tied the knot with Kings of Leon drummer, Nathan Followill.  Spotted this pic on Facebook *I'm shameless* and just had to share.  These two are absolutely radiant, not to mention have the best locks in town!
